Tai Chi & Qi Gong
Tai Chi and Qi Gong are ancient mind body exercises that improve balance, posture, coordination and overall wellbeing. They teach you how to breath and move with grace and fluidity and naturally boost your mood, energy and mental clarity.
Overtime, students will learn a variety of Qi Gong and Tai Chi practices including solo forms and partner work.
Develop new skills, expand your horizons and have fun. This class is for all ages and experiences levels.
Schedule: Tuesdays and Fridays 9:00am - 10:00am

Wing Chun Kung Fu
Wing Chun is an expressive Chinese martial art system emphasizing close quarters fighting and self defense application. It teaches striking, sticking, trapping and grappling, as well as weapons and short internal power (jing).
Student learn forms, fight sets, applications and sensitivity drills such as Chi Sao (sticky hands) and Lap Sao (pulling hands) as well as Tai Chi practices such as Tui Shao (push hands) and Song Fang (releasing and loosening).
Advanced students progress through weapons training (butterfly swords and wooden staff) and wooden dummy (mook jong) training.
Schedule: Thursdays 7:00pm - 8:30pm and Saturdays 9:00am - 11:00am
